Rules for the control of communicable or infectious diseases:

 

Children having any contagious or infectious disease should not return to school unless accompanied by a note from a family physician.

The following conditions should be considered communicable:

Lice (pediculosis)Mumps
Chicken PoxMeningitis
Pink-EyeScarlet Fever
Strep ThroatHepatitis
RingwormMononucleosis
ScabiesWorms/Parasites
MeaslesImpetigo
German MeaslesStaph Infection
Whooping Cough

 

Parents should notify the school if their child has been affected by any of these for advice on readmission to class.

Please do not send your child to school if they have a fever, diarrhea, or are vomiting.
