To register a student at Leesville Junior High School, you will need the following items:

1. Social Security Card.
2. Birth Certificate.
3. Louisiana immuniztion card or current immunization record.
4. Proof of Grade:  Last report card or withdraw/transfer sheet.

For your convenience, we will be open all summer, Monday thru Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. to register students and to drop students who are moving over the summer.
